Setting up the connecion
Invoices can be easily transmitted from the ePost app to the WKB Mobile app. There is no need for configuration or installation. It is only necessary to ensure that you have set up both apps on your mobile device.
If you have not installed "WKB Mobile" yet, download it from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Make sure you have the latest version.
Transmitting and paying the first invoice
- Start in the ePost app.
- By clicking the "Pay Now" button on an invoice, you will be directed to the option to "Add Bank Account." There, you can search for "Walliser Kantonalbank" and select the bank.
3. If you have not yet installed the WKB Mobile app, you can switch to the Google Play Store/App Store from here and do it now. If you already have the WKB Mobile app installed on this mobile device, then click on the "Continue" button and activate the Walliser Kantonalbank as the payment method.
4. Now you can click on the green checkmark at the bottom right to transmit the invoice to the Walliser Kantonalbank.
5. You will now automatically switch to the WKB Mobile app. There, you log in and can verify the payment details. For example, check if the correct debit account is selected. The payment process can be completed by clicking "Confirm Order."
6. To process another invoice or additional documents, open the ePost app again.
Transmitting and paying additional invoices
- Using the "Send Invoice to WKB" function in the ePost app, you can transmit an invoice to the WKB Mobile app.
- You will now automatically switch to the WKB Mobile app and can verify the transmitted payment details there.
- The payment process can be completed by clicking "Confirm Order."
- To process another invoice or additional documents, open the ePost app again.
