Why can I only order one original document per month for free?

New rule from July 1st:

You can only order one original document per month for free. Each additional order costs CHF 3.40.

How does the ordering process work?

• Every month you get one free order.
• If you don't use it, you can carry it over to the next month.
• At the end of the year (December 31st), all unused orders expire.
• On January 1st, you get a free order again.

An example:

• You start the service on July 14th and have one free order for July.
• If you don't order anything in July and make 3 orders in August, the first 2 are free. The third costs CHF 3.40.
• Unused orders expire on December 31st, and on January 1st, you have a free order again.

Why are we doing this?

We want to make the service more efficient. Since you receive your mail digitally, you usually no longer need original documents.
