How will I be charged for the ePost Scanning Service?

The Scanning Service can be subscribed to either on a monthly or annual basis.

The subscription fee is billed in advance at the beginning of the corresponding month.

If you order additional physical documents during the month, these costs will be included in the invoice for the following month.

Please note that we calculate the costs on a pro-rata basis from the activation date.

This means:

Example: If you activate the Scanning Service on May 15th, you will receive an invoice at the beginning of June for the entire month of June as well as a pro-rata charge for May, starting from the activation date.
