Our service can be subscribed to either on a monthly or annual basis and can be canceled at the end of each month or at the end of the contract. However, note that in your first paid month, the cancellation can only be submitted at the end of the following month.
From the second paid month, you then have the option to terminate your subscription at the end of each current month.
The cancellation is done through the Widget Store on app.epost.ch or on your smartphone by deactivating the respective widget. Deactivating the widget will also cancel the forwarding order at the post office. This process usually takes 2-3 days, after which the mail will be physically delivered to your address again instead of appearing digitally in ePost.
The mail you received in ePost up to that point remains accessible.
You have the option to order original documents at a cost within 25 days of deactivation, and these orders will be deducted from your existing quota. Billing for the service will continue until the end of the month following the deactivation.
