The service runs on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at the end of each month; except from the trial month, which can be cancelled at any time. In your first paid month you can only cancel at the end of the following month. From the second paid month on, you can always cancel at the end of the current month.
Termination is likewise done through the Widget Store (app.epost.ch or app.klara.ch) in which the widget is deactivated by the customer. Deactivation will have the effect of terminating Swiss Post forwarding orders at the same time, so this will stop within 2-3 days. This means that from this date your mail will again be sent to your postal address in physical form (and no longer in ePost).
Mail received in ePost until then will remain available there. The originals can still be ordered free of charge within the defined order period of 25 days. Invoicing will continue up to the end of the month following deactivation.
