You can change your address in the app under “My profile”, “Personal details”.
Should you have activated the scanning service, you cannot change the address. You must record a new one so that the scanning service works without interruption.
Proceed as follows:
- For example, if you move on 01/10, you can add and verify a second address from 01/10. To do this, you have to tap on “Verify” after recording it.
- You receive a confirmation code to verify the new address. Once the address is verified, you can activate the scanning for the second address. From that point on, we will set up another redirect for you with the Post.
- Once you do not expect any more mail from the old address, we ask you to delete the address.
- Please note that you also have to notify your senders of your new address. So that the scanning service can work smoothly, we would ask you to register the new or changed address with Post, too. You can use the following services for this.
Important note for customers with a scanning service:
You can only change or delete addresses if the scanning service is not activated for the address.
