I have an active redirection with the Post. Can I order the scanning service from KLARA in parallel? (e.g. change of residence, temporary redirection)

If you have ordered a change of residence with the Post, you can also order a redirection to KLARA. What is important is that the address in your app matches the addressed letters so that we can send you the letters.

If you have temporary redirections, you must delete these with the Post before you activate the scanning service. We cannot order a redirection while you have a redirection.

Please note that you can also delete the redirection yourself.

Should the original redirection include several people, you must order the redirection for the other people who do not want a redirection to Klara to another address.
