1. Open your profile in the ePost app and select the menu item «Personal details» there.
2. Fill in full names as well as your address and then click on «Update».
3. Underneath the address, you now click on the «Verify» button.
4. Check your address and confirm this with «OK».
The address verification code is sent to the address saved in the app as a letter. It is then possible to check that you have access to your mailbox and it is not a third person trying to access your letters.
Once you have received the letter, you can enter the code detailed in it and verify your address.
If you are a scanning service customer, you can activate scanning for each verified address.
With every change to your address or name in your profile, a new address verification is required. Digital letters cannot be sent to you if the address is not verified.
If the scanning service is activated, this address cannot be edited.
