- Open your profile in the ePost app and select the menu item “Personal details” there.
- Fill in full names as well as your address and then click on “Update”.
- Underneath the address, you now click on the “Verify” button.
- Check your address and confirm this with “OK”.
The address verification code is sent to the address saved in the app as a letter. It is then possible to check that you have access to your mailbox and it is not a third person trying to access your letters.
Once you have received the letter, you can enter the code detailed in it and verify your address.
If you are a scanning service customer, you can activate scanning for each verified address.
IMPORTANT
With every change to your address or name in your profile, a new address verification is required. Digital letters cannot be sent to you if the address is not verified.
If the scanning service is activated, this address cannot be edited.
