How does the scanning preview work?

You can view the preview directly from the first page in your ePost inbox.

If you find that a letter is not particularly important and you don't want it to reach you, you don't need to take any further action. We will automatically discard it after 25 days.

However, if you do want the full delivery to be sent to your address, we offer you the option to order the original .

Please note that only documents in the preview will be scanned if they can be scanned.

The following documents could be scanned in the preview:

• Magazines, catalogs, and advertising Paper documents (e.g., vehicle registration, parking pass)
• Invoices with attached merchandise items (e.g., a notepad)
• Deliveries in envelopes of ordered items (e.g., pins)

Packages will continue to be physically delivered.
