I ordered an original shipment and have not yet received anything; what can I do?

Original orders placed before 12.00 noon are always processed by our scan centre on the same day and posted by A-Mail at the letter post office. Orders after 12.00 noon are usually processed the following day (sometimes even earlier) and posted by A-Mail at the letter post office. This means that you will normally receive your letters 1-2 days after the processing, resp. posting date. We always send the letters to the address you selected when you placed your order.

If you have already ordered your original for a longer period of time and have not yet received it, then your shipment could not be delivered to the address we have on file and will therefore be sent to the regular returns process of the postal service. ePost has neither access to nor the possibility of influencing this returns process. You then have two options:

• You wait until the letter has been processed in the returns process and it is delivered to you correctly.
• You can request again the item from the sender. Please make sure that you have entered your address correctly in ePost and that this address is known to Swiss Post, resp. is activated.
